Custom & Made-to-Order Garments

All custom and made-to-order garments are final sale.

This includes:

• Custom garments ordered in person

• Custom garments ordered through the Online Atelier

• Garments produced using standard block sizing

• Garments produced using measurements or patterns on file

Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a garment does not reflect the specifications on your approved order, our team will review the issue and address it accordingly.

Non-Custom & Ready-to-Wear Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

• Original tags are attached

• Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Approved returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Online Atelier Orders

Custom garments ordered through the Online Atelier—including those made using standard block sizing—are final sale.

We encourage clients ordering custom garments online to consult with their stylist or schedule a virtual appointment if guidance is needed before placing an order.

Alterations

Altered garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Reservation Fees & Deposits

• Reservation fees are non-refundable

• Reservation fees may be applied once to a rescheduled appointment within the permitted timeframe

• On-site deposits are non-refundable and subject to rescheduling terms outlined at booking

If a concern arises, our team is committed to reviewing each situation thoughtfully. While we cannot accept returns on custom garments, we stand behind our work and will address verified production issues in accordance with house standards.
