Through this program, Saint Gervais partners alongside respected organizations and member firms to create a meaningful moment of acknowledgment—one that reflects both achievement and responsibility.

Honoree Selection
Honorees are selected entirely by the organization through its own internal mentorship or recognition process.
Saint Gervais does not participate in nominations or selection.
Our role begins only after honorees are confirmed.
This ensures:

The moment belongs fully to the honoree and the organization
The Suited For Success Experience
Each Suited For Success occasion begins is anchored by a foundational commitment:
Saint Gervais awards one honoree
with a custom suit, custom shirt, and complete fitting experience.
Each honoree is guided through a two-stage experience designed to be both personal and ceremonial.
Appointment One: Styling & Measurement
This initial appointment focuses on recognition and intention.
The honoree is styled one-on-one by Saint Gervais
Measurements are taken
Fabrics and garment details are selected
The process is explained with care and clarity
The experience affirms recognition is earned through discipline and effort.
Appointment Two: Final Fitting & Garment Delivery
Approximately four weeks later, the honoree returns for the final fitting.
The custom suit and shirt are delivered
Fit is refined and finalized
The honoree sees the full result of the process
This moment is about confirmation, not transformation. It confirms what has already been true: the honoree is prepared and present.

Organizations may designate additional honorees beyond the initial award. Recognition may be extended through sponsorship by:
